Gordon  is a barrister practising at Zenith Chambers Leeds and Hardwicke Chambers London. He was called to the Bar in 1991 having previously qualified and practised as a Solicitor and been a Senior Lecturer in law. He practises in the fields of  limitation and procedural law, civil disputes (particularly where evidence and/or disclosure is in dispute)personal injury and  fatal accidents.  Gordon also has a wide ranging interest and experience in the issues of proving damages at trial and issues relating to the credibility of witnesses and experts.

In addition to being a practising barrister Gordon is the author of  several legal texts, including the latest editions of Munkman on Damages for Personal Injury and Death; The APIL Guide to Fatal Accidents; Personal Injury Litigation and Periodical Payments, the New Law. He writes the section on Limitation in  APIL’s Personal Injury, Law Practice and Procedure. He was the General Editor of   Personal Injury Precedents and Pleadings and has written and lectured widely on issues relating to procedure and damages.

    As a claimant litigant in person faced with two dishonest company directors who will clearly stop at nothing to run their non defence I just wanted to say a huge thank you for all the information contained on this blog in readily understandable language.
