Chloe Jones and Steve England will discuss the best way to identify, preserve and collect electronic data for the purpose of review and disclosure in accordance with CPR 31.

Case Law Update
Roger Mallalieu will be providing an update on key costs and litigation funding case law in the last 12 months.
